The Client Success Manager - SEO will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring that the SEO strategies are aligned with their goals. The role involves close collaboration with the SEO team to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact and manage client expectations.
Strategy Development and Implementation: Work closely with the SEO team to develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to client needs.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyze SEO performance, and provide regular reports to clients. Make data-driven recommendations for strategy adjustments.
Problem Solving and Consulting: Address client concerns and provide strategic solutions. Offer consultancy on best SEO practices and industry trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and client satisfaction.
Education and Training: Educate clients on the importance of SEO and how it works. Keep clients informed about changes in SEO best practices and algorithms.
Retention and Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling. Ensure high retention rates by delivering consistent value.
Feedback Collection and Implementation: Gather client feedback and work with the team to implement improvements in the SEO services.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven 6+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or client management.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO tools, and best practices.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
Preferred Skills:
SEO certification.
Experience in a client-facing role in a digital agency.
Familiarity with content management systems and SEO software like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
